Health and fitness have been passions of mine throughout my life, and I've always been pursuing how to become a better, stronger, and healthier version of myself.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences of Kinesiology and a Diploma in Health & Fitness Promotion, these have allowed me to become heavily involved in the Health & Fitness community. Alongside my education, I am also a Registered CESP Certified Personal Trainer, and spent a number of years working as an Active Rehabilitation Specialist in a therapeutic setting. My experience in this field, along with my personal drive and passion for Strength & Conditioning, equips me with a well-balanced and diverse skillset that allows me to work with a broad range of clients.
I have worked with youth & elite level athletes, seniors, rehabilitative clients, as well as everyone in-between. Whatever your goals are, I can work with you to achieve both short and long-term goals.
