There are two key pillars that define the RZ Training Inc. process: Intense & proper lifting mechanics combined with therapeutic movements.
This means a multi-faceted approach that decreases your risk of injury inside and outside training without sacrificing your targets. No fancy gimmicks, no crazy movements, no insta-worthy fluff. The focus is on hard work, strict emphasis on proper form through all types training, and rehabilitative movements. This type of training will fortify and strengthen your body from past, current, and future injuries, as well as building muscle & strength, decreasing body fat, and setting you up to feel your absolute best.
The goal isn't to torture yourself into 6-pack abs and social media likes at the expense of your happiness. We focus on a lifelong goal: loving your body and working with it--not against it!
Personal and customized resistance training programs that can range anywhere from novice level lifting to advanced athletic movements designed to improve your game in and out of your desired sport! With a combination of prehab-based ethics paired together with strength and conditioning tactics, you will be sure to notice improvements in every aspect of your health and fitness lifestyle!
Recovery is just as, if not more important that the resistance & strength-based portion of what brings you into a full circle of health and fitness. With the use of multiple tactics and specific tools made to treat numerous issues, this Soft Tissue & Mobility session can allow your body to receive the proper treatment it needs in order to keep you geared for optimal performance!
If in person personal training isn't an option for you, these customized at home programs can get you started on your pathway to a better & healthier lifestyle! You will have a fully customized 8–12-week program based on your personal goals and desires with the use of whichever equipment you have available to you. There will also be mobility routines on off days made to help bullet-proof your body. and strengthen weak areas. Changes to the program can & will be made after the 4–6-week mark. There will be 24/7 access to myself via email for any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
As an add on to this program there is an option for a nutrition plan that will count out your macronutrients (Carbs, Fats, Proteins) as well as total caloric intake daily with changes to the program every 3-4 weeks based on individual client needs.
